RPET nonwoven shopping bag/recycled polyester bag with heat transfer printing

RPET spunbond nonwoven fabric is an eco-friendly material made from recycled PET plastic bottles using the spunbond process. It combines the sustainability of recycled materials with the performance advantages of spunbond technology. Its key advantages include:

1. Significant Environmental Benefits: Made from recycled plastic bottles, it reduces plastic waste and reliance on virgin petroleum resources. Compared to conventional virgin polyester production, it saves approximately 75% of energy and reduces carbon emissions by about 6 tons per ton of product. It can be certified under GRS (Global Recycled Standard) with full traceability, meeting international green procurement requirements.

2. Excellent Physical Properties: The spunbond process ensures uniform fiber arrangement and a compact structure, resulting in high tensile strength, good tear resistance, and abrasion resistance. It offers high elongation with low shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability, and can withstand high temperatures up to 220°C with low thermal shrinkage. It also resists acids, alkalis, chemicals, and UV radiation, ensuring durability in outdoor applications.

3. Good Breathability and Protective Functions: The fibrous structure provides good air permeability, while it can also be treated to be waterproof. This makes it suitable for applications requiring both breathability and protection, such as agricultural covers and packaging materials.

4. Safe and Non-Toxic: It passes SGS testing, free from heavy metals and other harmful substances, non-irritating to human skin, and suitable for use in medical hygiene, infant products, and home textiles.

5. Versatile Processing and Wide Applications: Available in a wide weight range of 15-200 g/m² and widths up to 3.2 meters, it can be customized for various needs. It is widely used in packaging (eco-friendly shopping bags), agriculture (thermal covers, shade nets), automotive interiors (seat liners, headliners), home textiles (bedding, curtains), industrial filtration, and waterproofing materials.
